Terms & Conditions – Important! Please read before you place the order!
- Enter the address and all details in Latin letters. For USA please enter also the state. We cannot accept orders filled with special characters.
- When shipping to EU we charge 21 % VAT, for units shipped outside of EU the customer is responsible for paying the tax.
- Confirmation of your order should be delivered by automatic e-mail from “email@example.com” . Please check your spam-box before you e-mail us concerning the order.
- Currently we accept PayPal payments to make sure our payments are secure.
- PayPal checkout should also allow you to pay by card.
- Our PayPal address is firstname.lastname@example.org and name of legal company is Bastl s.r.o.
- Orders (when not preorder) should be shipped within 2 weeks after the order has been received. We will contact you if there will be a delay.
- A buyer pays for the selected products and calculated shipping costs. Shipping costs vary based upon the weight of package and country of destination. We are shipping from Czech republic, Europe.
- We ship with Czech post which provides limited tracking information and takes about 3-5 days (EU) to deliver. Fedex is much more reliable and takes about 1-2 days (EU, USA, CA) or 3-5 days (Asia, South America and Africa)
- If you need non-standard shipping service or payment method please contact us.
- Noise.kitchen does not save your credit card data – nor does it hit our servers.
- Return policy: if you are not satisfied with our product you can contact us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase to negotiate refund and sending it back (you have to pay the postage costs). In case of malfunction on your device caused by manufacturing you can send it back for repair, which will be finished and sent back latest 30 days after receiving the unit.
